Juniper is an only child and lives in Seattle, Washington with both her mom, and her dad. She has a great relationship with both of her parents, but she definitely gets along best with her dad, and she feels a strong connection to him. They have always been like best friends. At the age of 8 she got into a bad car accident that caused her to lose most of her memories. Now, she has identity issues and feels like she is missing something major about herself. In the series she goes through many challenges and adventures that prove to be tough, but through it all she finds herself and starts to understand her life.
Juniper is not a super girly girl, but she has her moments. The majority of the time she is down to earth and fairly easy going, but she doesn't have an easy time making friends. Part of that is due to her identity problems, and the other part is due to her shyness. She does have one very good friend, Ivan, who she became friends with right after her car accident. They instantly connected because at the time he, too, had identity problems, because he was coming to realize that he was gay. After he finally came out about it, he lost a couple of friends, but Juniper stuck with him, and they have been best friends ever since.
Juniper is also a very creative person. She spends the majority of her time drawing, reading, writing, painting and listening/playing music. She is very laid back, and as long as she has creative ways to spend her time, she is usually content. Her room is not very cluttered because she is not a very materialistic person, so she doesn't own a lot, and the rest of her house is the same way. Her and her parents are VERY alike and have many of the same interests and habbits, especially her and her dad.
